SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon is affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. Tail-end of a Cold Front is affecting the Eastern section of Northern Luzon. Easterlies affecting the Eastern section of Central and Southern Luzon and of Visayas.

FORECAST:

Cebu and the rest of Central and Western Visayas, and the provinces of Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by Easterlies.

Light to moderate winds will prevail over Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro coming from Northeast to East and its coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
