FORECAST: Visayas, Palawan & Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Visayas, Palawan & Occidental Mindoro with slight to moderate seas.
