SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon. Easterlies affecting the eastern section of the country.

FORECAST:

Cebu and the rest of Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to easterlies. Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the East to Northeast will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas, and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Light to moderate winds will prevail over the rest of Visayas, over the provinces of Palawan and Occidental Mindoro and its coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
