FORECAST:
Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains with thunderstorms will be experienced over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and Visayas.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds from the Southwest to Southeast will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and Eastern Visayas and the coastal waters of these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough.

Light to moderate winds from the Southwest will prevail over the rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
