FORECAST: Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Cebu and the rest of Visayas. Meanwhile, light to moderate winds blowing from the Southwest to West will prevail over Visayas and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
