TP in the Philippines is rolling out a series of Grand Job Fairs in the Visayas and Mindanao, bringing new career opportunities for applicants in Cagayan de Oro (CDO) and Cebu, set on October 13 and 15, respectively. These initiatives form part of TP’s continued efforts to grow its AI-enabled workforce across its regional sites, investing in Filipino talent as the company responds to the growing demand for AI-ready skills from global clients.

The company is targeting over 6,000 deployments of new customer expert positions across the two regional job fairs, providing opportunities for experienced BPO professionals, fresh graduates, career shifters, and first-time BPO applicants.

The TP CDO Job Fair will happen on October 13, 2026, at the Limketkai Center – Rosario Pavillion along Limketkai Drive, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental. Meanwhile, TP will hold its Cebu Job Fair on October 15, 2026, at Seda Ayala Center Cebu located in Cardinal Rosales Avenue, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City. Both events are set to hire thousands of interested and qualified applicants for these One-day hiring job fairs.
