VinFast Offers Up to $60,000 Per New Showroom to Accelerate Electric Motorcycle Expansion in the Philippines and Indonesia

VinFast has launched a dealer incentive program offering up to US$60,000 per new electric motorcycle showroom in the Philippines and Indonesia as it scales its distribution network and strengthens its position in Southeast Asia’s growing two-wheeler EV market.

The program is targeted at dealer partners that open new VinFast electric motorcycle showrooms by December 31, 2026. Eligible partners can receive basic support of up to US$40,000 per location, with the final amount based on showroom size, floor area, and compliance with VinFast’s dealership standards.

Incentive Structure
VinFast has structured the package to encourage both early openings and multi-store expansion.

Showrooms opened by December 31, 2026 may qualify for basic support of up to US$40,000 per location. Dealers that open showrooms by October 31, 2026 may receive an additional incentive of up to US$5,000 per location. Partners opening three or more stores may qualify for an additional US$15,000 per location.

Combined, the incentives can reach up to US$60,000 per eligible new showroom.

The company said the program is intended to create new business opportunities for dealers while improving consumer access to electric motorcycles and supporting the shift toward cleaner transportation.

Dealer Support and Operations
Beyond financial incentives, VinFast said it will provide partners with business consulting, marketing strategies, and professional training. The company will also require adherence to its standards for brand identity, showroom design, operating procedures, and customer service.

Dealer partners will be able to offer VinFast’s battery-swapping electric motorcycles, initially including the Evo, Feliz II, and Viper. The company said partners can also access its expanding service and warranty facilities, along with support policies for service workshops.

Market Expansion Targets
The incentive program forms part of VinFast’s broader plan to expand its electric motorcycle distribution network in the Philippines and Indonesia. The company is targeting hundreds of stores across the two markets by the end of 2026.

As of September 2026, VinFast had 63 electric motorcycle dealerships operating across Indonesia and the Philippines. The new program is expected to accelerate that expansion and bring the company’s products, service facilities, and battery-swapping infrastructure closer to consumers.

The move signals VinFast’s focus on building a complete electric motorcycle ecosystem rather than relying solely on vehicle sales. The company is seeking to reduce barriers for both dealers and consumers by combining dealer incentives with training, marketing support, service infrastructure, and battery-swapping capability.

“Expanding our dealer network is an important part of VinFast’s strategy to build an electric motorcycle ecosystem in international markets,” said Vo Thi Cam Tu, managing director of VinFast E-Motorcycle Overseas Markets. “We are looking to partner with businesses that share our long-term vision for green mobility, while giving dealers the support they need to make the most of their strengths within the VinFast network.”

VinFast said it will continue expanding its presence across Southeast Asia as part of its effort to support the region’s transition to greener, smarter, and more modern mobility.
