SYNOPSIS: A Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 440 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (7.8 N, 130.3 E). Tail-end of a Cold Front affecting Visayas and Palawan

FORECAST: Eastern Visayas and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Tail-end of a Cold Front. Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon while the rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds from the Northeast will prevail over Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro, while from the East to Northeast over Visayas, and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
