SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon is affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Tail-end of cold front is affecting the Eastern section of Southern Luzon.

FORECAST:

Eastern Visayas and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Palawan and the rest of Visayas including Cebu will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro and Visayas with moderate to rough seas.
