Visayas Weather Forecast: December 5, 2017

SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon is affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Trough of Low Pressure Area (LPA) affecting Eastern Visayas& Eastern Mindanao.

FORECAST:  Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms due to trough of LPA. Meanwhile, the province of Cebu and the rest of Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Palawan and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds from the East to Northeast will prevail over Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
