SYNOPSIS: Tail-end of a Cold Front affecting the eastern section of Northern and Central Luzon.Northeast Monsoon affecting extreme Northern Luzon.

FORECAST:

Visayas, the provinces of Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast and East will prevail over Palawan and Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Meanwhile, light to moderate winds blowing from the East to Southeast will prevail over Visayas and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
