SYNOPSIS: The trough of a Low Pressure Area (LPA) is affecting the eastern part of Mindanao. Meanwhile, the Northeast Monsoon is affecting the northern part of Luzon.

FORECAST:

Cebu and the rest of Visayas, the provinces of Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds from the Northeast to East will prevail, and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

Maximum Temperature: 32°C
