Synopsis: Intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) is affecting Southern Mindanao

FORECAST:

Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Central and Western Visayas. While, Palawan, Occidental Mindoro and the rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies aside from isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the Southwest to South will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro and Visayas. The coastal waters of these areas will be slight to moderate.
