Isolated Rain Over East PHL-PAGASA

PAGASA said Monday that the whole country will be partly cloudy to cloudy, with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the eastern sections due to the easterlies.

In its 6 am update, PAGASA said winds will be moderate to strong from the east to northeast over Luzon, where coastal waters will be moderate to rough. The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds from the east to northeast, with slight to moderate seas.
