NOY PEDONG FINALLY LAID TO REST

The funeral procession of former Mandaue City Mayor Alfredo ‘Pedong’ Ouano passed by Mandaue City hall on Monday before he was brought to his final resting place. A throng of people paid their last respect to Noy Pedong, who served as Mandaue City Mayor from 1988 to 1997.
