University of San Carlos (USC) booters strike an end to the two-year title drought over a penalty shootout, 5-3 against the University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USP-F) during the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (CESAFI) collegiate football tournament held yesterday at the Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC).
