EARLY MORNING RAIN

Residents scamper along N. Bacalso Street as rain showers perturb the rush hour early morning Wednesday. The gloomy morning weather was followed by a summery temperature (29°C). As of 4 am Wednesday, PAGASA said the LPA, mostly to affect Eastern Visayas, was spotted some 240 km east northeast of Catarman, Northern Samar (13.0ºN, 127.0ºE).
