Neophyte Lawmakers Finish Legislation Course

Three newbie congressmen from Cebu finished crash course on legislation offered by the University of the Philippines.

Congressmen Samsam Gullas (1st district), Gwendolyn Garcia (3rd district) and Willy Caminero (2nd district) were among the 40 new lawmakers who completed the four-day course from UP’s National College of Public Administration and Governance.

Gullas said among their speakers during the four-day training were Congs. Edcel Lagman and Senen Sarmiento who taught them how to communicate with constituents, among others.
