FORECAST:
Visayas & Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to ITCZ. Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds from the East to Northeast will prevail over Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
