FORECAST:

The provinces of Samar will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms due to the trough of LPA. The rest of Visayas, the provinces of Palawan & Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds from the East to Northeast will prevail and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
