SYNOPSIS: Tail-End of a Cold Front affecting the Eastern section of Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Luzon.

FORECAST:

The province of Cebu & rest of Visayas and Palawan will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms while Occidental Mindoro will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by Tail End of a Cold Front.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the Eastern Section of Visayas, Palawan, Occidental Mindoro. Light to moderate winds from the Northeast will prevail over the rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
