SYNOPSIS: Tail-End of a Cold Front is affecting the eastern section of Northern and Central Luzon. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Southern Mindanao. Northeast Monsoon is affecting extreme Northern Luzon.

FORECAST:

Cebu and the rest of Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast and East will prevail over Palawan and Occidental Mindoro and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. While, light to moderate winds blowing from the East to Northeast will prevail over Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
