Synopsis: Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Palawan and Mindanao.

FORECAST:

Eastern Visayas and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms. While, Occidental Mindoro and the rest of Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast to Northwest will prevail over Palawan and Visayas and from the Northeast will prevail over Occidental Mindoro. The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
