SYNOPSIS: Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas.

FORECAST:

Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Western Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro due to ITCZ. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies apart from isolated rainshowers mostly in the afternoon or evening will be experienced over Cebu and the rest of Visayas.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the South to Southeast over Western Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro and coming from the East to Southeast over Cebu and the rest of Visayas. The coastal waters along these areas will be slight to moderate.
