Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Cebu and the rest of Visayas. Moderate to strong winds coming from the Southwest to South will prevail over the Eastern section of Visayas and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Light to moderate winds coming from Southwest to South will prevail over the rest of Visayas and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
