Wife Shots Husband over Jealousy

A resort worker was shot to death by his own wife allegedly because of jealousy in Barangay Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City 8 pm yesterday.

Samuel Sollano, 47, a painter of Maribago Blue Water Resort, sustained gunshot wounds each on his nape and back. He died even before reaching the hospital.

According to police, Sollano’s wife, Aida, suspected that the former had a mistress. Last night the couple had an argument about Aida’s suspicion which then led to the gruesome killing.
