Cebu Provincial Govt on Half-Day Work on Oct. 31

To allow its employees to prepare for the All Saints’ and All Souls’ Days, the Cebu provincial government has declared a half-day work for Friday, Oct. 31. The memorandum was signed by Cebu Provincial Acting Governor Julian “Teban” Daan.
