UPGRADED

Cebu Governor Hilario Davide III inspects the facilities last week in Carcar District Hospital. The hospital can now perform surgical operations after being upgraded to Level 1.

The governor said these facilities will offer operations and laboratory examinations like ultrasound which will benefit indigent patients who cannot afford to go to the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC) in Cebu City.
