Buy-Bust Op Gets 7 Arrested for ‘MJ’ in Lorega
City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) of Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) caught 7 men for Marijuana on January 6, 2019 in Sitio Upper Lomar, Barangay Lorega San Miguel, Cebu City.
Around 11:00 pm, CDEU Chief Chuck Barandog headed the operation and arrested Arven Amante, 26 a resident of the area.
After Amante transacted with a poseur buyer, he was immediately arrested along with six of his customers Richard Bahay, 38; Matt Iliga, 27; Stephen Salbame, 24; Pipo Gonzales, 23; Joel Yungco 22; and Jorex Secuya, 19.
Operatives recovered 40 grams of suspected marijuana with a Dangerous Drugs Board value of P5,000.
Suspects will face charges in violation of RA 9165 also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (ASC)
