Daanbantayan’s Top 4 Most Wanted Arrested in Lapu-Lapu

After seven years of evading arrest, the top four most wanted of Daanbantayan was arrested by Lapu-Lapu City police after a concerned citizen tipped authorities of the whereabouts of the suspect in Brgy. Punta Engaño, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu on November 27, 2018.

Around 7:40 in the evening, with an arrest warrant on hand, operatives from Lapu-Lapu City Police conducted the arrest of Jason Arribado in the said place.

Arribado, 29, who is a native of Sitio Hubot, Brgy. Talisay, Daanbantayan, Cebu was working in a construction site in Brgy. Punta Engaño in Lapu-Lapu CIty prior to his arrest.

Arribado was for arrested for attempted murder. The court has set a bail bond of P120,000 for his temporary liberty.

Suspect is now in custody of the Daanbantayan police for turnover to the issuing court. (Aljun S. Cainghog)
