SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon is affecting the northernmost part of Luzon.

FORECAST:

Cebu and the rest of Visayas and the provinces of Occidental Mindoro and Palawan will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds from the Northeast to East will prevail over Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
