Exotic dining seems to flourish in Barangay Pasil, Cebu City. Except on Sundays, they serve exotic soup dish that certified Bisdaks called “Larang”, an overly spicy tamarind soup that may come with Pagi (Stingray) or Tagutungan (Puffer fish).
