Sto Niño Gihimoan Na Ug Kapilya

Published

on

I am happy to find out that the Sto. Nino image found near the seashore of barangay Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City by the three kids last January is now properly housed in a chapel with the image placed inside a glass casing intended to allow the people to continue their religious veneration to the miraculous image.

The current Church hierarchy in Cebu under Archbishop Jose Palma who showed signs of positive support to the religious fervor generated by the discovery of the miraculous image bespeaks of its grandiose respect to this rare occurrence which is considered highly helpful and commendable. This rare occurrence is expected to usher positive development that we can possibly connect to the widely popular accounts of how Pope Francis is relentlessly involved in his campaign to help improve the life of the poor.
