RAFI, Capitol Revive Our Cebu Program

(RAFI) Chief Operating Officer Dominica Chu and RAFI Deputy Director for Operations Amaya Aboitiz sign a memorandum of agreement with Cebu Governor Hilario Davide III and Vice Governor Agnes Magpale during the launching of the Our Cebu Program. The signing was witnessed by (standing, from left to right) Provincial Board Member Peter John Calderon, Provincial Legal Officer Orvi Ortega, and Marge Gravador, executive director of RAFI’s Integrated Development Unit. The Our Cebu Program provides each town in Cebu a comprehensive rebuilding framework that is directed to make Cebu an attractive place to live, work, play, invest, and do business. The program implements interventions and initiatives geared towards making Cebu a model province.
