PAGASA: Fair Weather in Luzon Due to HPA

It will be sunny for most parts of Luzon on Tuesday as ridge of high pressure area brings clear skies and fair weather, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

Meanwhile, the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, according to the state weather bureau’s 5 a.m. weather bulletin.

The archipelago will experience light to moderate winds coming from the east to northeast, affecting its seas to be slight to moderate. (PNA) JMC/JLD
