SYNOPSIS: Trough of Low Pressure area is affecting Mindanao. Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) is affecting Luzon.

FORECAST: Eastern and Central Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of Low Pressure Area. Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, and the rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast monsoon.

Strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas and its coastal areas will be rough. Moderate winds from the Northeast will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of Visayas with moderate seas.
