SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon is affecting the western section of Luzon and Visayas.
FORECAST: Palawan, Occidental Mindoro and Western Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. The rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds from the Southwest to South will prevail over Western Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro, with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds from the Southwest to West will prevail over the rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
